A Binary Plan is a 2 (Two) Legged (Left and Right) structure used in Multi Level Marketing where the each new distributors or members are placed in either left or right subtree. The number 2 is represents the maximum number of frontline associates (direct downlines) that any member can have. Additional downlines who are introduced to the business are then placed under one of the existing frontline/spill over.
Binary plan makes each member for recruiting and sponsoring two other members to join the plan, that can potentially lead to a fast expansion of the plan in a very less amount of time. In the front line of the binary plan, there will be two legs, Left and Right. However, if a recruiter hires more than two members, the new member will be added to the next available member in the power leg. This allows a new member to be shared between all downline's power leg, nevertheless of who recruited them, this process is known as spillover. But in the case of profit leg, there will be no spillover because profit leg will only grow with the individually sponsored downlines. 1. Introducer or Sponsor Bonus
The introducer bonus or sponsor bonus or a referral bonus is the profit which the user gains by recruiting new members to the downline network. For every direct referral, a user or recruiter will get paid with the referral bonus.
2. Pairing Bonus
Pairing Bonuses are calculated from your binary tree, which has two legs: a left and a right. Members placed above you may also place people in your Binary Tree. Your daily maximum Pairing Bonus will depend on your plan type. When you reach the daily maximum Pairing Bonus you will not amount for other pairing you made on that day.
For example from the picture above: Left point: 420 | Right point: 240
When you have 420 points on Left leg and 240 on Right leg then you can earn the commission for that specific period on the leg which has 240 points. If the company set the configuration 1 pair = 120 points, then you will get/earn 2 pair commission. Unpaid volume/points will be caried over for next day.
3. Matching Bonus
Matching Bonus is the bonus earned for recruiting new members in the downline network. This allows earning an extra bonus of the pairing bonus from their corresponding downline members. The matching bonus can be earned up to 3 generations/levels.
