EGNSoftware has updated its PHP Script Customization Services Terms & Conditions to provide clearer guidelines for customization projects, payment requirements, revisions, bug-fix warranty, and ongoing technical support.

These updates are intended to ensure greater transparency, set clear expectations, and help both parties maintain a smooth and professional working relationship throughout the development process.

Key Updates

• Full Payment Before Work Begins: Full payment is required before customization work starts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clearly Defined Project Scope: The quoted price covers only the tasks and specifications agreed upon. Additional features, modifications, or requests outside the original scope may incur extra charges.

• Maximum of Three Revision Rounds: Each project includes up to three rounds of revisions related to the original agreed requirements. New features or substantial changes are treated as additional work.

• 30-Day Bug-Fix Warranty: Eligible bugs directly caused by our customization work are covered for 30 days from delivery, subject to the warranty terms.

• Additional Support and Maintenance: Ongoing support, routine maintenance, future feature modifications, troubleshooting outside the agreed scope, and compatibility updates are not automatically included in the original customization fee.

• Compatibility and Technical Investigation: Updates involving PHP versions, databases, libraries, third-party integrations, or server environments may require additional development, testing, and charges.

• Clear Approval for Additional Work: Additional work will be assessed and quoted separately, and your approval will be obtained before the work begins.

We encourage all customers who intend to request PHP script customization or related development services to read the updated Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order or authorizing work.

Please note that the updated terms apply to new orders from the stated effective date. Existing project agreements remain subject to their agreed terms unless otherwise agreed or permitted by applicable law.
